Суд отказал истцу по делу о программе «Парфюмера»
Петр Гуменник высказался о судебном иске, связанном с его программой. Спортсмен отметил, что не все заявления находят поддержку в суде. Он также поделился планами по новым номерам.
Петр Гуменник, действующий чемпион России по одиночному фигурному катанию, впервые подробно высказался о ситуации с иском, поданным против его программы, вдохновленной произведением «Парфюмер». На концерте, посвященном юбилею Алексея Мишина, спортсмен подчеркнул, что не видит повода для беспокойства из-за судебных разбирательств.
По словам Гуменника, любой человек вправе обратиться в суд, впрочем далеко не каждое заявление получает одобрение инстанций. Он отметил, что его программа отличается оригинальностью и качеством, а работа с Даниилом Марковичем Глейхенгаузом позволила создать уникальный номер под специально написанную музыку.
Фигурист также рассказал, что рассматривал возможность выступить с программой под «Лунную сонату», но отказался от этой идеи, узнав, что подобные номера уже есть у других спортсменов. По его мнению, важно искать новые творческие решения, чтобы не повторяться на льду.
Как сообщает 78.ru, житель Петербурга Борис обратился в суд с требованием запретить номер Гуменника, считая, что он романтизирует образ серийного убийцы. впрочем суд не поддержал иск, указав, что истец не имеет права представлять интересы неопределенного круга лиц.
Ситуация вызвала широкий резонанс в спортивном сообществе. Многие эксперты считают, что подобные иски не должны мешать развитию творческих программ в фигурном катании. Анализ Петербург2.ру указывает на то, что подобные споры становятся все более частыми, но редко приводят к реальным ограничениям для спортсменов.
Гуменник продолжает готовиться к новым выступлениям и не планирует менять выбранный творческий курс. Он уверен, что искусство на льду должно оставаться свободным от излишних ограничений и давления со стороны отдельных зрителей.
